I've rented from Quinn since 2020. Tonight my heat stopped working, but I forgot to update my phone number...they emailed and came out quickly, they did not wait for me to reach out again. Anytime I've needed anything, it's always a quick response.Ive NEVER had an issue with bugs or rodents. Highly recommend!!!!
They are prompt with fixing things and work well with their tenants.

I don't rent from them however I live next to one of there property. I called to complain about roaches. We have seen about 4 of them. About 2 years ago we had the same problem and they came out and were very sweet. They had a company come in and spray there house. And we never had a problem again until now. There are 7 plus people living there. There place looks kinda rundown. I hope nobody has a problem like this An angry 😡 neighbor
I have been a tenant for 9 years and whenever there is an issue I am never worried. A few summers ago my AC unit broke during the hottest week and it was fixed quickly. Today I notified them of my hot water heater gushing water and within hours they came, assessed the problem and quickly replaced the unit. Literally the entire time from me reporting it til it was replaced and running again was about 3 hours total!
