I am beyond angry and disgusted with what my daughter experienced at Quinn Nails in Bathurst. We have been customers at this establishment since the first week they opened and we will NEVER return! She showed a photo of the nails she wanted and was told they could do them. When they asked about length, she showed them clearly, yet the technician cut the very first nail far too short. She immediately said it was too short, but he ignored her and continued cutting every single nail just as short anyway. When she spoke up again... read more

This place is no longer what it used to be! They have gone down hill severely within the last three months. I have been a long time customer but I haven't been in about three months and I came back in, hoping for the usual proper service but, instead, I was met with disappointment. The workers were very rude and did not give me anything close to what I asked for, they made my nails bleed and caused me immense pain. This was my first but not the last... It was a family outings. Four basics adults pedicures including manicure for my queen. Great staff
