I went to get my bonded retainer fixed and ended up leaving with the fix being as problematic as the break. There was a glob of cement left on the back of my tooth so big it caused my teeth to not be able to rest correctly. When brought to the attention of staff, they tried again and with the same results. Instead of fixing the issue, they sent me out of the office as if it weren't there. The glob of cement broke off while I was sleeping, and I woke up to myself choking.
Quick, kind, and very accommodating! We love our experience every time we are there!
No issues, with either of our boys. We are almost at the end of it. Everyone was very nice. I like the appointment reminer system that they have.
