My experience has been horrible with this man (Tony Quinn ) sold us a 5 ton GOODMAN hvac system, this system has broken down on average every 2 months through out the 6 years we’ve owned the unit. His repairs have been lack luster at best and incompetent at worse. On the last time it broke down it filled my home with smoke and he wouldn’t return my calls or texts. The Goodman company just hung us out to dry. Won’t honor their warranty and Quinn is uncaring and dishonest. Don’t trust GOODMAN HVAC systems or Tony Quinn.
I couldn’t believe the amazing price we received. Jordan was professional and knowledgeable and I will be recommending him to everyone I know. Quinn hvac has the best prices and services you can find and will always be more than satisfied with their services. My air conditioning is running better than it ever has!!
Tony is the only person I’ve used for HVAC issues in the past eight years. I won’t use anyone else. The service he provides is a throwback to a different era, when small family-owned businesses could be relied on to take care of their customers. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
We've used Quinn Heating & Air a couple times. They provided excellent service. Austin is Awesome! Very thorough and knowledgeable!
I have not used their HVAC services so I can't review that. As for the employee driving on Cherokee St. in Acworth on 8/28/16 (which is oddly stated to be a day the company is closed), you put me and my wife's lives in danger when you dangerously turned across traffic in your company van. I also found it unnecessary for the larger woman in the passenger seat to flip US the middle finger as they slowly pulled into the KFC.
