Overall, the experience of applying for a unit was a nightmare. I have never had a problem with wanting to rent a unit before. Relocating because of orders, so we have moved plenty of times before, and we finally decided on a unit. Before I applied, I had messaged saying it would not let us select the desired move-in date. I recently visited this apartment complex to tour potential units, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. As someone who works in real estate, I always pay attention to how leasing teams treat prospective residents. From the moment we arrived, the staff seemed unwelcoming and a bit dismissive. One employee told us we could “wait until she came back from lunch,” which came off as indifferent rather than helpful. My husband and I felt judged based on our appearance, which was disheartening. I loved this place soo much, it felt like home away from home. I actually lived here twice because of that. I felt safe and management (Ron and Kathy) are awesome. You do have to pay for utilities and parking, the ceilings are high, spacious rooms, bathrooms and walk in closets.
