I recently visited this apartment complex to tour potential units, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. As someone who works in real estate, I always pay attention to how leasing teams treat prospective residents. From the moment we arrived, the staff seemed unwelcoming and a bit dismissive. I loved this place soo much, it felt like home away from home. I actually lived here twice because of that. I felt safe and management (Ron and Kathy) are awesome. You do have to pay for utilities and parking, the ceilings are high, spacious rooms, bathrooms and walk in closets.
When working with relocation clients, they’ve liked and applied here. Many amenities and features at this location.
