We have used this roofing company twice, and both times the service was excellent. The first visit was for a difficult roof leak and water damage problem on our steep shingle roof. The repair looked great, and most importantly, it solved the issue completely. We recently called them again after strong winds damaged several large sections of shingles. I reached out about adding two safety railings and a support post on my flat rubber roof in San Clemente. Isaiah got back to me fast and came by my home shortly after to look over the roofing work. He clearly explained the full install process, including how the roof penetration would be sealed and how the flashing would protect against leaks. They were very fast to get our roofing job scheduled and did excellent work. While we were away, our car was still in the driveway, and the crew set up temporary barriers to help protect it from roofing debris going into the dump trailer. They also discovered several roof leaks we did not know about and fixed them right away. We had one small issue with the stove vent being covered, but Patrick came back quickly and took care of it.
