Moved into a unit roughly three weeks ago. I have made several attempts to contact them and nobody has returned my call. Still no down spout on tub as well as the toilet constantly runs. The "five" people in that live in the unit below me make constant noise every single night from 7pm until 3 to 4am. Parking is horrible and nothing assigned. Broke down vehicles and building materials taking up spots for parking. No professionalism whatsoever yet they were quick to take my deposit and expect me to honor my lease. Obviously t... read more

Under normal circumstances, Buffie would have been a great real estate agent. However . . . We, her clients, were not local. We weren't even in the same country. Oh, and it's the midst of a global pandemic. Buffie went to properties (uninhabited land, not dry, climate-controlled homes) and video chatted us around the properties.
