The manager and the staff is the best. The apartment are will kept the grounds is all perfect. Maintenance is quick to respond to all issues. The manager Shannon is very professional and treat you like family I love it here AWM
Office staff is unfriendly and sarcastic. Rude to people who come into office and now she has run the handy man off.

My mom has lived here since we moved to Cookeville in 2018. She has had nothing but good things to say. The maintenance team is great. They are always prompt and willing to help. It is a very clean, quiet environment. Simple living and affordable.
