I lived in these apartments for a year and loved them. I then moved to live with my daughter and her family. She has since moved to Louisiana and I relocated to Florida. I am now wanting to return to Cookeville and this is the only place I will apply. I’m currently on a waiting list, but hopefully something becomes available soon.
This is an excellent complex.Very nice apartments
What a disappointment. Waited three months, says we are next on the list. Then she asks for our income. Have everything ready to go for the move, and we get told we make too much! WHAT??? Why did we wait three plus months to find this out? This should have been done the day we walked in there to apply.
Place looked nice. Only saw the inside of 1 apt
