Office staff is unfriendly and sarcastic. Rude to people who come into office and now she has run the handy man off.
I'm not leaving this review due to the state of the apartment complex.I'm leaving this review due to when I walked into the office and into the manager's office.Particularly, there is a strong odor of weed coming off the manager
My mom has lived here since we moved to Cookeville in 2018. She has had nothing but good things to say. The maintenance team is great. They are always prompt and willing to help. It is a very clean, quiet environment. Simple living and affordable.

I lived at Quinlan Ridge for 19 months. Worst experience of my life! When I moved in the floors were dirty, the inside of the stove hadn't been cleaned, the cupboards were dusty and there was a leak underneath the kitchen sink. In 19 month's there were 4 managers. They can't seem to keep staff there. I woke up one day and on my living room room floor there laid a black snake. I killed it with a hammer.
