Recently moved to Quinlan and tried them out. My first experience was good, my nails looked great (I got a new set), fair price, etc. I went back 2 weeks later for a fill and to my surprise im charged the same for a fill as I was a fill. When I asked, the response was "my nails are really good, I take my time, and you got gel polish." Just because it takes you longer (and it did - at least 2 hours both times) doesnt mean you charge a customer for a service they didnt receive.
