Recently moved to Quinlan and tried them out. My first experience was good, my nails looked great (I got a new set), fair price, etc. I went back 2 weeks later for a fill and to my surprise im charged the same for a fill as I was a fill. When I asked, the response was "my nails are really good, I take my time, and you got gel polish." Just because it takes you longer (and it did - at least 2 hours both times) doesnt mean you charge a customer for a service they didnt receive. Terrible, would NOT recommend.
Came here for the 1st time to soak of nails I previously had done with my nail tech. I specifically told the lady working there I did not want my nails cut off since it took me for ever to grow them. After the soak process was done she asked if I wanted them filed down which I then told her yes. and to then cut some off. After paying and getting home noticed she not only filed them but she felt them paper thin no now home I had no just go ahead and cut them off.
