The manager is rude and did a awful job in my nails had to get them redone
Not happy with the service I received. I did white nails with green accents. The tech did not file my nails. They were very sharp. I asked her about it and she said when she’s done applying the gel nail polish . She couldn’t do the design I wanted so we switched to French design in green. I guess she was annoyed because she did not file my nails afterwards and I failed to say something because I was not happy on how the green accents came out. It all felt rushed. Easy to find location. Ladies were professional. Pedicure was great, manicure terrible whis is more important. They started rushing their work when there was an influx of people since they did not have enough staff.
I have been a on and off customer here for years due to the inconsistency of the techs they have. I started going back and received great service from one of the newer technicians there. After a few times of me seeing the tech I liked, they had me see one of the techs thats been there a long time. I did not like her service at all. I received awful care during nail service. The older lady cut to deep in cuticle which made me bleed. Lastly the older lady was to rough with my nail and hands throwing my hands like I'm not a human being. I'm shocked no one else noticed. I'm a person of color and I wouldn't recommend going here for service very short staff and will received a painful speedy service from nail tech. I was getting nail done for birthday and I'm still recovering from this cut finger 😠 😡.
