The staff (Matthew, Cecelia, Julia) at Quincy Memorial was wonderful to work with. Very professional, warm and friendly. Kept us apprised during every step of the process from draft of design to installation. Accommodated our request for a customized message and design on our stone and made various edits at our behest. We felt their pricing was very reasonable as well.

Their dual hatted Manager & Customer Representative at the Quincy location, Matthew St. Andrews, was courteous and very cooperative to us. When my husband passed away in November I was happy to receive a postcard from your company as I really did not know in what direction to go. I made an appointment at your Kingston office, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. My husband was Canadian and I wanted to encorporate some of his heritage into the design. Stop sending me postcards, clearly you purchase lists of people who just died. One postcard ok, but every few weeks since my dad died is harassment.
Disgusting that you sent your post card trying to drum up business. l had gotten myself together that morning and lost it when I got my mail and saw this.Ambulance chasers.
My experience with Quincy Memorials was exceptional compared to the previous place I was at, who canceled my order for two headstones, and have now closed. I dealt with Yves at the Abington location and he walked me through the whole process which included showing me pictures of various headstones so I could get an idea. Very professional and courteous. I highly recommend!
