Dr Warner is an excellent therapist. She has helped me get through a rough season of my life. She has provided guidance and materials that have truly helped. I have found her to be very warm and empathetic. With her guidance, I feel better able about handling challenges in the future. She has been a Godsend. I have found Michelle to always be warm and professional when I talked to her.
Unfortunately, we did not get a chance to meet Dr. Quincy due to the disrupting and condescending tone of her employee, Michelle. Her tone was very rude and annoyed because she didn't remember a conversation of advising us to locate her when we called due to previous phone tags. She went on to say, "I would not have said this" and " I do not remember our conversation".
