My experience working with Quincy Commons was a great experience. The leasing agent James Simmon who I had the pleasure to work with was clear in his explanation of things. He answered my questions and kept me informed of everything I needed to know and do through my application process.
Extremely well run, professional & responsive staff. I highly recommend living here. Utopia! No complaints.
Nice place to live but the lack of security cameras is concerning. Packages frequently get delivered to the back doors of apartment buildings, despite setting the address to the leasing office, and these packages get stolen. Upon notifying the leasing office, I was told that I should get to my packages as soon as possible. I work a 9-5 like everybody else, so I am not able to be at home at the exact time that my package is delivered.
