The workers here are not educated and qualified to do the job.
I have called 3 days in a row, before that I called a month or so ago, before that I called a month prior....if your lucky enough to get someone to answer the phone they will transfer you to a voicemail but don't bother leaving a message because the chances of getting a call back are slim to none. It's really no wonder why people suffer in silence, who is really there to help if the people certified dismiss the ones they claim to be there to help.
this place is incredibly irresponsible and unreliable. i have been withdrawn from medication countless times due to the negligence of their doctors. more than 6 times, and it’s every single month. every month i withdrawal because my doctors fail to refill my prescriptions, they will go on vacation, randomly retire, randomly cancel, will not send the scripts or emergency doses to the pharmacy. big waste of time. they should be charged for this because it is absolutely disgusting and criminal.
my med provider went on vacation leading me to withdrawal from paxil. i’m on day 5 and i can’t walk. the workers here are not qualified. do not rely on them, they are extremely terrible. bad service, always closed. if you’re one minute late, you will miss your therapy appointment entirely bc they’ll have a whole new patient. they give you one therapy appointment a month. i’ve withdrawn from my medicine because of quinco multiple times now. i am 17 years old, a hypochondriac and still, my med providers on vacation. i do not r... read more
Waste of time not going to recommend anyone to go to this office had me feeling out 8 or 9 paperwork to reschedule when I turned it in this is what u called under management and need to train employees I don't recommend anyone to go
