My son has been a patient here for only 8 months, and is those 8 months we have had several issues with the practice....showing up for an appointment only to find out we didn't have an appointment (which we did, and I showed them the email confirming the appointment), the therapist couldn't even pronounce my son's name on more than one occasion, SO MANY issues getting his meds refilled- either the dr did not put the instructions in correct, or we were told that she "wasn't an authorized prescriber in MD"...this happened mult... read more

Very disappointing. After a few months with my councilor, she told me she was leaving to start her own practice and that someone from the office would be reaching out to me to find a new provider in their practice. The office never reached out. I find this unacceptable in any field especially when you're dealing with people's mental health. Talk about a set back

They made me my 1st video appointment for a Friday. The clinician never showed up. When I called the office, I got a recording saying the office was closed for the day. I left a phone message and wrote an email asking them to reschedule. They never returned either. Seems like a poorly organized and careless business.

I met with Dawn Jenkins for psychotherapy medications. She was abrasive and rude on many occasions throughout the intake paperwork. She was not communicative and lacked social skills. She had me scheduled for follow up and never actually put it in the system and was not updated in my chart so therefore I am not being seen by them. Steer away from her.

When I originally talked to them I told them I would need IN PERSON MEETINGS FOR MY WIFE FOR THERAPY , the said no problem after to appointments we only saw a nurse practitioner no a therapist and then when tried to schedule they said the only had an in person session in Rockville so I said fine we just need help I'll go anywhere made appointment then half hour later they called and cancelled it and said the didn't have any available anywhere they could put us on a waiting list , DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS BAIT AND SWIT... read more
