I’ve been a loyal client for a long time, traveling over an hour for quality service. This makes me genuinely sad to write because I’ve always had great experiences and a lot of fun with some of the staff. However, my recent visit was unacceptable. I requested a nail design when making my appointment, but the staff member doing my nails didn’t want to hear me out, was extremely unprofessional, and made the entire experience feel off-putting and uncomfortable. UPDATE: MY NAME IS SARA... NOT LISA. Exactly my point Have a wonderful day!!! 🫡🫡🫡 Not a good experience... I was referred by a coworker to come here because I just moved to the area and waited to find a new nail place that's closer than Hudson. When I arrived I was told that they couldn’t do a colored french tip in dip or gel and that the only thing they could do for me was a solid color dip manicure.
