We've always had pleasant visits here (hence the higher rating). However, we didn't feel valued as customers during our last interaction. I called multiple times about a specific product and was given inaccurate info by a staff member (with poor English) who kept misunderstanding me. Her promises for somebody else to call back were also forgotten and social media messages were missed. So unsurprisingly, the item sold out quickly during all the waiting.
