. The folks here are awesome plus being local to me. Mike was great went above and beyond to help me and drove to meet me with some other sizes. Not a lot of folks and company take the extra time out and on the weekend to do what he did. Awesome!!
I love my Quin helmet first and foremost. This company helps insure my family that every manner of detection, should I be in an incident will be addressed. They are super hands on with customers and dealers alike. They make sure that consumers and sellers of their product understand every aspect of their product. I find they are transcending safety standards in the motorcycle industry. Period.
I purchased a helmet that was defective out of the box and it took them over a month (and me constantly contacting them) before they just decided to tell me that they were keeping my return and not replacing it. Quin therefore just stole a whole lot of money from me. Do not trust this terrible company!
