The front office is super nice and accommodating
Adding to my former review. Pros: great views, good noise suppression Cons & issues: After a year of living here. My bike has been robbed once attempted twice. The building staff has refused to persue or share the video footage of my bike being stolen from their very own bike room. Nether have i recived any word or apolegy about my bike being stolen. I've lived in building two since September 2025. This is the first apartment I've ever lived in after 41 years of houses/duplexes. The great: The location is really outstanding. If you want to get away to the mountains, 6 is just a couple blocks south. The E, D and H lines are about a 10 minute walk away, and there are three grocery stores (at least) within a half hour walk from the front door. The views from the upper floors are quite lovely. Apartments are clean and well kept. The amenities are equivalent or better then the surrounding Apartments and there is onsite security is nice. Evie and the rest of the office staff are great.
Living at this property was a nightmare. I experienced repeated break-ins and was assaulted every time I tried to sleep. On two occasions, neighbors who were under the influence entered my apartment without permission, which led to an arrest and a restraining order being placed against me—something that damaged my life and reputation even though they were the ones who broke in.
