Quimby was a good place for me to live. There's been so many changes in mgmt and hardly any tenants in this building. Went up on rent and still not fulfilling the lease terms. The security gates have not worked in a few years.. pool not able to be used in yrs . Exercise room and rental room not allowed. But they raised the price of rent! Makes no sense
Quimby is a good place for me to live. There's been a few cons but the pros are greater. I don't like the smell of dope in the hall and Wi-FW doesn't always work, but the management team is pretty reliable and I don't have a problem with things getting done.
This apartment complex is awful. Management is very dysfunctional as well as not helpful at all. Wifi is never on and when it is, it's not strong enough to be used on any device. The cable quality is very poor and the cable u get with lease agreement is about 5 channels at best!!! People smoke dope in the stairwells all the time! It's awful!!! It takes forever to get maintenance to come fix anything!!! And to top it off, there are roaches.
