Quilting for community is a fantastic space. The fabric thrift store holds an abundance of quilts and quilting fabrics, but also garment + upholstery fabric, yarn, sewing notions of all kinds, bag-making supplies, books, patterns, and more all at an extremely affordable price. They are a non-profit and rely on donations, so their stock is constantly changing which makes going to the store exciting every time. This place was amazing! I went during their Wed evening and Saturday afternoon open sew, and they had everything! Cutting stations, supplies, sewing machines! And the two teachers were so knowledgeable but they also didn’t hover. They have so many classes not just for sewists but for all fiber arts (looking at you crochet and knitters) I will return again and again and bring fabric donations to lessen my stash! Please visit and support. * note on Apple Maps it has finally updated to the correct address!
Didn't know that this place existed with great crafting fabric and yarn, too. Stayed for the yarn.
