I have had everything from local Prime to the best Japanese A5 steaks with a bms of 11-12. I have to say these steaks are absolutely incredible. Significantly better than any Australian and American waygu that ive had.They do not have a rating on their steaks but the Ny Strip i had was about a grade A4 with a bms of 7. They are definitely from Japanese Wagyu cows. The fat and flavor are massively different from anything else. The fat melts in your hand as you are handling it.
