I Hired Quillen Brothers to install Rhino Tuff series windows in my home and I have snow blowing through them. They have never addressed the issues we had originally or fixed the problems that we were assured they would fix. This company scams people and never follows through on promises. I’m attaching a few photos of these custom windows.
I love my quillen brothers windows. They are so easy to clean & look amazing. I had a pane getting cloudy & they came out and replaced it with no problems at all. Eric was very professional and courteous & did a fantastic job. Michelle was very helpful to make sure I had no other problems or questions. I recommend this company to everyone!
Quillen Brothers is an amazing company. Overall experience was great and the quality of the windows are great! They have an amazing warranty with all windows! We also got a patio door as well that makes our kitchen and dining room look amazing! The installation of the windows and patio door was great and smooth process, they even took away the old ones and cleaned everything. Highly suggest going with Quillen brothers.
I met them at the Ft Wayne Home Show and was impressed by the gentleman’s knowledge of their windows. And that I didn’t have to give up my original trim around my windows because of living in a log home. I liked the family concept of the company. I was also impressed with their representative that visited my home and demonstrated the quality of their windows, the durability of their exclusive Rhino Glass and the variety of their colors. We have lived in our home for almost 16 years, and all of our windows and doors are original. We recently replaced our patio door and super excited with the new door! We are so pleased with our new door! We can see a huge difference and are excited to start replacing our windows. Their customer service is fantastic - from the initial contact through installation.
