I love it here I went to Quilceda looking for an apartment. I was skeptical because of all the reviews I had read. The manager and assistant were very friendly. I was shown a unit and I loved it. I filled application. Hope I can call this home soon.
Infested With Bed Bugs The entire apartment complex is infested with bed bugs and has been for years. They even drop from the ceiling in the hallways. I feel the place needs to be condemned as due to unfit living conditions.
Pleasant & comfortable Our apartment has everything we were hoping to find & more. Quilceda has quick access to US 60 or West Bell. W/D hook-ups or you can use the onsite laundry room. We really like the French doors opening to the bedroom. It's 55 so no kids & it is income-restricted, so it is very affordable to live here. We live on the third floor but there are two elevators. Our manager is super nice & maintenance is provided promptly. You can have free directv & cable, but we didn't care for the disruptions with those s... read more
