This seems like such a great idea. Too bad they can't seem to get it right. Second time this week I put my car through and got the wrong wash. Called both times and they said just run the car through again and the 'cue' keeps getting messed up. That this problem is not 'fixable'. Sorry but I don't have time to keep driving through the car wash hoping I get the car wash I paid extra for with the wax. What a waste of time. I paid over $27 for the monthly pass and can't seem to get it. Really disappointed.
Sporadic closings, and adjustments to their operating hours/towel charging and drying... Half of the time when I go through, the 'cue' gets 'messed up' resulting in a basic wash when I paid much more for a higher end wash. I am sorry, going through 2x in a row is not an acceptable solution...
Quicky's car wash has exceptional service! I had a small issue after going through their car wash. The attendance was very nice and took down all of my information. He then had the owner contact me, and came to my place of employment to resolve the issue! I would highly recommend them!
