We frequent this location ALOT and in the past it's been awesome. Usually fast, attentive service but tonight was not it. Came in and ordered literally just a pretzel in the kitchen. No other orders in the screen. We went to get nachos cheese as the dip and it was out. We let the cashier know and she said someone would change it soon. While waiting on it to be changed, we watched another employee fix himself a hot dog and proceed to eat it in the open where food is being prepared in front of customers. A lot of broken items. Women’s restroom was disgusting.
I actually feel degraded every time I go into the store. The last time I went in I asked for a particular kadobar vape, he charged me twice for it and I didn't realize it until I got all the way home and then it wasn't even the flavor I asked for. I don't really like being treated unfairly and disrespected.
