Absolutely useless!!! We always change our own oil and the one time that we run into a stripped drain plug thinking okay we'll just take it in some place they can put it on the lift or they have better access to it and tools to get it out.... Nope, they wouldn't even try it they were too scared. If you specialize in oil changes you would think that they could handle that, not be too scared like it's your first oil change.
