If I could give a 5 star I would. Needed wiper blades so I bought them there. Upon arrival pulling into the dock, the first sound I heard underneath my truck sounded like they stripped my bolt. I work with power tools all day long in industrial equipment. I know what it sounds like when you full throttle and impact around a bolt head. After 10 or 15 minutes of them trying to get the skid plate off. My oil got changed and that was great. Having the tech emerge from a car full of weed smoke and then immediately start working on my car was a little disconcerting. I'm not against people using Cannabis, but I would prefer they not toke up right before working on my car.
They had us pull in 15 minutes before they were ready to actually start changing the oil and had me turn the car off. My friends and I ended up sitting in a hot car for 30 minutes and one of them had a seizure when we got home because of how sick the heat made him. The other location I went to last time gave me cold water and didn't call me in until they were actually ready to change it. Don't go to the location on Kemper road, they don't care about your health and safety.
