I’ve been there before , but they had trouble finding me in the system. So the service took longer than normal. Other than that they got it done .
This establishment told me that taking the oil pan plug out for an oil change is a risk. So they just suck the old oil out from the top. Well their magic sucker straw broke in my engine, I had to pay to get my oil pan dropped and the straw removed. ANTONIO the owner of take 5 in Florence Ky 5985 merchants street told me it would be paid for. It wasn't. I paid it. Their claims department will not answer or return phone calls.
Service was good, but I feel like I wasn’t priced accurately. I calculated the oil filter the oil change and windshield wiper blades should’ve been about 155 and then $35 discount should’ve been applied but I was charged 155 so I felt like I might’ve gotten ripped off
