1. I had to drive back after leaving there to have the maintenance timeframe reset. (Should have been done without my asking) 2. Bolts were not tightened adequately on undercarriage cover so it came loose while I was driving on the interstate and destroyed it! 3. I called and left a voicemail since they had already closed regarding what happened but no one even bothered to call me back. 4. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!

Jayden and his crew were very professional and very thorough. They made sure to explain the differences in the products that they offered as well as reminding me what I had selected at my prior visit. They didn't pressure me when I declined some of the additional products nor did they recommend replacing anything that didn't need replaced.
