I don't know what is going on but my 5 min oil change took 30 mins with no other customers hindering their process, tried to up sale me on a clean white air filter....really? Do better...now their holding me hostage essentially. Been coming here since it was quikstop not sure what happened..

I went to another location and they told me they could not change my oil because they were new. Came to Merchant street location and Raeshawn and JC were wonderful. I highly recommend both these guys.
