Agreed to the oil change and the price then they added “shop cost”, an oil filter and an extra qt of oil charge even though it take 5.6 per the manufacturers website, not the 6.1 the tech said. Argued about it for a minute and the tech said that’s what it cost. Not thrilled with the experience at all.
Great techs and great service
That’s the last time I go to that place, they get mad when I said no at the recommendation that my car needs!
