Came here this morning to get my oil changed. The guy changing my oil told me that the oil I had been getting for the last couple years was wrong and that I needed the advanced oil. 12 hours later and now my check engine light is on.
The workers were short and rude. They advertise a $49.99 economy oil change in the location and online but then when I got there he said they don’t offer that then acted inconvenienced when I pushed back. Definitely never returning
I have an extremely busy life. I feel like I live in my car. I was extremely overdue for an oil change, so when I pulled into the Take 5 in Erlanger, Ky, Shop #0266, I was more than ready to get it behind me. Within two minutes of them inspecting my vehicle, I could tell something was wrong. Dylan stepped up to the driver side window to deliver the bad news.
