The guys were great, accepted my coupon, and told me everything they were doing when they did it.
Got me in and took care of my oil change. Explained everything to me about the service and didn’t force me to get anything and only recommended what should be done.
Great service! They even jumped our car because our battery has been having issues
Taylor the one who wears the gray shirt was the one who was “helping” me and the service was the worst i’ve ever seen. Where do I begin? After my oil change was completed $94 by the way, he told me he couldn’t scan my coupon so he had to scan a paper 20 times and all it did was remove $10 off. What the heck? I had a 25% off and the best you can do for me is $10? Oh and to add on to it, he sold me an air filter. Then he tried telling me that I needed to replace my dashboard for $49.99. Excuse me? Why my dashboard?
My experience was amazing from the beginning to the end and it all started with Dakota! They were really short staffed and had 2 people there working when I arrived. I was greeted with a cold fresh bottle of water and a smile by Dakota! I was told that they are short handed and have one vehicle in front of me but they will get me in and finished as soon as possible. Dakota and Travis did an amazing job!!
