I originally gave a bad review with one star because a male employee knowingly put 5w-20 oil instead of 0w-20 in my new Kia Sportage. Shortly after that review, I received a very polite response asking me to call for assistance in the matter. When I called, I spoke with a customer representative for the company who was very helpful in making sure that the problem would be resolved and that the right grade of oil would be replaced at no charge. Quick, fast & reliable service! I always come to take five for oil chances and today was the best experience with Emily, Odyssey and Preston! They were super sweet, friendly and got the job done perfectly.
I have been to this location in the past, but service this time was absolutely terrible. First of all, I waited over 30 minutes in line before going into the bay because the employee servicing the vehicle in the bay in front of me spent half his time flirting with the female in the truck he was servicing, even getting into the passenger side of her truck. Then I spent 30 minutes getting my vehicle serviced. NO SUCH THING AS A 10 MINUTE OIL CHANGE!!! Then to make it worse, the employee drained the oil in my new 2025 KIA Sport... read more
