I always get my oil changed here, they are so knowledgeable and helpful. Paul and Charles were very friendly and helpful.
My tire pressure light came on after my oil change. Zach wanted to scan my military id after I told him I was military because he “didn’t know me” I responded I use the other location after looking at my profile he said he verified the information. I was offered warm water, my windshield was not cleaned. They appeared more focused on the up sale of a coolant flush versus my request. I watched every attack put their full body weight on the oil retrieval point. The manager acted like he took it personally when I didn't want to change my air filter and then my windshield was cracked so he shoved his thumb in it and tried to increase the crack. Now I have an oil leak from where they didn't replace the filter tight enough. Never to return again. The only reason I gave them two stars is because it's easier for them to scrub one star reviews.
