I ordered a pair of girls snow pants from Roxy.com and unfortunately 10 minutes later I found the exact pants on another ski shop for $35.00 less. I contacted Roxy to see if they'd match price or cancel order within 15 minutes of my order and they said it was against their policy to do either. I promptly returned the merchandise the very day it arrived. On 12/17/20 I received an email confirming pkg was in transit to facility. Poor customer service. No one seems to know what is going on. Been dealing with a refund for a month. And it's the same run around of we need to see what is going on. My return has been in your warehouse since the 30th of June and I still don't have my money. No one follow up. Overall horrible experience.

This is real name brand clothing. Living near the beach makes is necessary to own a wet-suit for all seasons winter and spring wetsuits. They are made well and have a great selection to choose from.
