Phil and Stacy are very friendly and attentive. Whenever I had an emergency, they had a tech at the house within an hour. In one situation they saw the problem when I did not and had a tech there with in an hour. They fully understand the seriousness of being without heat in the dead of winter. For all other work that I needed they had a tech there in a very reasonable time frame. All of their techs do great work and are also very friendly and answer any and all questions that I have had. Quick Serve has been an awesome company to work with and I highly recommend them! They do annual maintenance on our furnace, and we've had them out several times for plumbing issues. Quick Serve staff are professional and friendly. Chris and other service professionals always show up on time as scheduled and they fix any problems perfectly. I wouldn't consider calling any other company!

Saturday night my boiler started throwing smoke into the basement.. shopped around Sunday morning and contacted many emergency heating service but QuickServe was the only ones to call back. The owner called me as they were getting boarding a plane and coordinated a service tech to assist. Skyler the tech called me and we discussed what was happening with my boiler so he had a general idea with what he was working with.
