I have used many bag products, recently I had a sidewalk to pour near Darbydale Ohio.. nearly off the grid... so I poured 50 bags of the 4000 psi concrete mix... The first load seemed not to have enough sand in the mix.. Two days later I purchased more mix at a local Home Depot with slightly be better results.
