Amazing people...my wife got a flat acrossed the street at speedway...one of the guys saw my wife, a damsel in distress and immediately walked ove, took the tire off and fixed it at the shop, then walked it back and put it back on. they charged her nothing. faith in humanity restored!
I went to get an oil change today and Joe let me know what other service my Prius will need I keep up with car maintenance on time he gave me a Great deal and very nice too I will recommend Seventys to all my friends Thanx Joe!
I have been a long time loyal customer, and until recently liked going there. I took my Jeep in for an oil change just before a long road trip. I parked the Jeep and decided to take the wife's car on the trip instead. When we got home we found an oil slick under the Jeep. They forgot to tighten the oil drain plug, it was barely finger tight. Well today June 20th I went to Pennzoil 10 minute oil change and sat there for about ten minutes then they had the audacity to come out to me and tell me they were closed yet there website said they closed at 3 it was only 1:30, petoskey Pennzoil you deserve 1 star I will be taking my buisness elsewhere

In short I showed a police officer quick lubes wrongdoings and will be filing a small claims suit first thing Monday morning since quick lube refused to make it right
I was advised on 6/24/14 of the additional charge for "full service" which was suppose to include them checking tires and topping off fluids. When they were finished, they clearly had not checked my tires nor topped off the fluids. I asked about the tires and they gave an excuse that they do that last, basically as I am leaving. Clearly BS. I hadn't seen them top off any of the other fluids so after I left I checked. They did not, even though I paid for it. My washer solvent is nearly empty. AVOID THIS PLACE.
