These guys are the worst! Terrible customer service and that's only if you can reach them. Didn't cancel a policy as promised and my card was billed for the premium 3 weeks later. Avoid at all costs!
Horrible customer service. I have been trying to take care of a new policy and have questions. I have called to speak with Chris several times and now he is always busy, I have left messages for him to call me back and I get no call backs. My issue is still unresolved and it is going on 2 months. Do not go through these people, it will save you a headache!
