They didn't respond to my email request for printing, so when I finally called them to see if they received it, I was told my order would be next and would be finished by end of day since it was quick turnaround and they missed the email. Two and a half hours later I received a call telling me it would not be ready by end of day. This put me in a really bad position having to scramble to find a way to get this done. Terrible experience! I went to QuickPrint to print two very thin booklets. They took my order, but at no point was I informed about the price. Neither when placing the order nor when picking it up was I given any cost estimate. When I handed over my debit card to pay, I was surprised to be charged $44.24 I later called to ask why it was so expensive. I entered this print shop today to get some specialized paper... The guy who helped me me with my order was very respectful. But, there was an old guy there working behind the counter... He wore glasses... And he seemed as if he resented me being there in the establishment... He kept on rushing the guy who was helping me with my order... He came across as being very RACIST... I thought this was 2024... Not 1924....
