They didn't respond to my email request for printing, so when I finally called them to see if they received it, I was told my order would be next and would be finished by end of day since it was quick turnaround and they missed the email. Two and a half hours later I received a call telling me it would not be ready by end of day. This put me in a really bad position having to scramble to find a way to get this done.
