Long story short I bought a used car from a lot within 5 days the engine was blown. Warranty company sent me to Rich and his guys and thank the lord for that. Rich fought hard for me to get nothing but the best parts and his communication with me was excellent. The warranty company kept sending faulty engines and Rich was able to get me a brand new 0 mile engine. 3 engines later I am back in my vehicle.
