This company has issues with professionalism. When I first became a client they would call to inform me of a visit. About a year or so later they stopped calling before showing to spray. I called and asked that they call, text, or email prior to showing. Unfortunately, they continued with the same practice of showing without prior notice. Thankfully, during the Covid shutdown we were here most of the time. Recently, they showed again and sprayed outside, but not inside because we weren't home. Its like he is trying to destroy his business ..I do not know if mark is mentally ill or a drug addict or both..but he needs to be medicated and quit consuming alcohol or just hire someone to run his business...because he is unable too..
If I could give ZERO stars, I would in a heart beat. Mark P is a terrible person to deal with and talks like he hasn't got a care in the world, including his clients' satisfaction. Horrible company!
