Well, I have used Quigley Smart for several years now, always with great results. Their new owners, out of Rockford, have ruined that. Their prices have tripled and their methods have gone from friendly, hometown to big city and heartless. Their plumbers are still great but you cannot get an estimate or an hourly rate from them. Since my early May experience they have lost me as a customer. $1,200 to replace the float valves and flappers on two toilets????? Come on, that is insulting.
Quigley Smart provides outstanding customer service. I called regarding an issue with the main sewer line at a rental property, and Chris Ricker did an excellent job identifying and resolving the problem right away. Their team is completely honest, and I will certainly continue working with them in the future.
Our toilet broke and they saved the day. Dan came over right away to install a new one. Great place and friendly staff. The woman on the phone was EXTREMELY helpful. Thanks so much!
Tanya has helped me on more than one occasion. She has been AWESOME in addressing my problems with my Lennox furnace. Every time I've experienced a problem with my furnace she has been able to schedule me in the same day. Making me feel as a valued customer. Tanya talked me into buying a one year maintenance program which covers both my furnace and central air conditioner.
