We had the inspection about a year ago and I was unable to go up in the attic as I am disabled. While the inspector was up there I asked him what the attic looked like and he said "it looks like an attic" I asked if there were any leaks or mold and he said"old leaks but look repaired and I don't see any mold". We moved from CA in May and have recently gone up in the attic and there is mold, the roof leaks, and the bathroom and kitchen both vent to the attic.
