Completely incompetent staff. After arriving for a contact lens prescription appointment, I was told there was no doctor available at that location who performs such exams??!! Time was of the essence, yet no remedy, help or assistance or even a call back was offered or rendered. I am (was) a regular glaucoma patient. You go to the Third World when you go to Quigley
My wife and I have had our eyes exams at Quigley 3 or 4 times. The technicians and doctors are excellent. There is only one thing that bothers me a great deal which is the prescription delivery. I have to see the eyeglass shop to pick it up. Why wouldn't the doctor hands it to me after the exam? Why would I have to go to the eyeglass shop to pick it up? I needed a repair on my rimless glasses, which are older. I got the parts (a used pair) online from London, England. I took all into Quigley in Naples, Florida. They replaced the broken part while I waited less than 30 minutes and were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone!! If you think this is not a true review, I invite you to call me at 305- 848-3169 and leave a message - I WILL CALL YOU BACK.
Do yourself a favor and find yourself another eye center. This place is the worst when it comes to keeping their appointments. Within a 6 month period, my eye appointment was rescheduled like 5 times. Seems like Dr. Nika Priest-Allen has better things to do than to keep her patients appointments.
