Totally thorough eye exam. Great personnel who really care.
Had my semi annual eye check up today with Eye Associates in Punta Gorda.Not my favorite appt to keep .However,I highly recommend this place ! From Check In to Eye Charts,Tests(Angie )& Dr. McCracken ,all being very friendly, patient ,yet professional .I was comfortable,& at ease.Everything was explained better than I have ever seen.I was very impressed & do not even mind having to go again in 6 months. At age 72 & having worn glasses since a very young child that is a 1st for me
Staff & Dr M were all great! Not happy with the $75 refractor charge which is not covered by Ins. Only issue is they won't give u a script for your exam results, unless u pay the fee & get glasses. I think it's a corporate thing. But I was happy with the entire staff & they were all very professional & friendly.
