Something has changed since I left a positive review 3 years ago. I purchased a ZR2 Silverado in 2023 (not from Quigley). I had an exhaust issue when I took delivery. I took it to Quigley and dealt with the Service Manager, Donna. I asked her if I could pay the difference to upgrade the exhaust to the Cat Back system from GM. She was pretty short with me and gave me an abrupt "NO"!
