Came to this car wash roughly 1 month ago. Quality of the wash, mediocre. Quality of the service, worst I’ve ever had. Cars were piled in the automated wash, and all got stuck. Because the reel wash still move, the cars were smashing into one another like crazy! Feels like you’re in an earthquake while in there. My car damaged the vehicle in front of me while my bumper was getting destroyed from behind. The Manger named Antino who works at the Santa Rosa Avenue site is completely clueless! unprofessional, and has an anger problem. I'm not sure who hired this nut case. I would recommend that if you any issues here, it's best that you call the corporate office and speak to them directly. Antino is just a clown who doesn't understand simple customer service functions. splash definitely lost by business. This place will damage your vehicle then say we will help you fix the issues. That is a lie. They really don’t care about you. I have more pictures when their safety mechanisms on the care wash fails.
