Virtual behavioral health has been awful. Provider has no showed to my appointments multiple times after I've been sitting waiting 15 minutes past my appointment times. There was a change in which app to use and there was absolutely no communication about this. Nobody is available during my scheduled PM appointment slots to discuss these issues or ask where the provider is. Has been such a mess and is clear that nobody cares or has decent customer service.

I have recently seen a provider at the Newton clinic, the staff was very helpful and the provider took good care of all my healthcare needs. I will be back again!
Everyone there was nice, friendly, and welcoming. Clean. I missed my first appointment and it was easy to reschedule! Recommend!
