Horrible customer service. They will stick you with extra months you dont need along with lots of fees.
This is not a reflection of the front desk men. They are always helpful and pleasant to work with at the Chandler, AZ location. That being said this is one of the worst client / customer service experiences I've had where the customer service call center people do not care about you as a human being.
