Places like this don't care how they treat people because we have to have their service. There was one man, Hispanic, glasses, patchy facial hair, who was always so rude to me. After 6 months of me having it I made a joke "next time you see me it'll be to take this device off" and he said "you'll get it off when the DMV tells you you can get it off". Rude. Updated review. Not only should you keep track of your charges because they will over charge you. You also have to worry about their WiFi issues and not being capable of sending your calibration report on time. I have been waiting TWO WEEKS for the reporting team to address this and when you call the phone number it is no help because they send you straight to voicemail.
