HORRIBLE SERVICE! Anytime you need to call this place, expect to be on hold for at least 20 minutes until getting ahold of someone. This is an ongoing issue that hasn’t been resolved. Please do not comment on here apologizing. Clearly you guys don’t care because every comment on here is saying the same thing.
We brought my car to the 23rd Ave/Bell location to have the Interlock installed. As soon as we drive away, a light on the instrument panel lit up. From that point on, my car started having electrical issues. Guages would drop, different lights on the panel would periodically come on. My headlights would shut off (very dangerous at night, btw.) I swear this is by far the worst company to deal with, you stay on hold for hours and can't get through to no one. I'm set up on auto pay and they can't even seem to get that right. Still haven't taken my payment. if I knew it would be this difficult I would have went to Smart start because the attitudes you get when you do finally reach someone is beyond me.i so just want to have them take it out and go with someone else because it's very unprofessional service.
the worst company I have ever encountered! DO NOT use them if you can avoid it. waiting to speak to a representative on the phone, you'll wait 1hr+. trying to get anything from the "chat bot" absolute nonsense. I'm 80% sure this company is a scam, and if I could change and go somewhere else I absolutely would!
