Updated review. Not only should you keep track of your charges because they will over charge you. You also have to worry about their WiFi issues and not being capable of sending your calibration report on time. I have been waiting TWO WEEKS for the reporting team to address this and when you call the phone number it is no help because they send you straight to voicemail. Review for the entire company - Not the specific office: I wish I could rate 0 stars. This was the absolute WORST company I have ever dealt with in my life. They are an absolute joke. They NEVER return calls, I have tried so many times to reach their "escalations" department and I have yet to speak with someone.
